OVER 75(!) guy - left Tampa Bay in August 2008 ending up in rural Nevada about 50 miles from Las Vegas. Married right about 40 years ago (2nd try), retired back in 2000. We travel as much as we can driving here in the US, taking cruises and the occasional international trip.

Obsessed with Japan
The news is rightly obsessed with Japan these days. The news is so terribly tragic and it just seems to get worse. I can only watch a certain amount. Then there is Libya; another disaster. So... I'm just hanging around trying to avoid the news.
This dove was just checking out the world from the top of the hummingbird feeder. It's a warm, peaceful place for him right now. Hope you are having a good one.
By definition, modern news coverage is present only if it involves disaster, pain, or death. So I avoid most of it.
